If we discover any error in the availability, pricing, or description of the product we may correct it and if the order has been placed we may inform you of such change and request you to reconfirm your order or cancel it.
The Products aim to provide a safe, problem-free experience, based on our design and research. In case the Product purchased causes any side effects please note that we will in no manner be responsible for the same. We care for your hygiene and wellness and maintain high standards. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is damaged or defective or tampered with packaging upon delivery. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please write us at info@13.233.219.9 with the details, immediately upon delivery & receiving of the Package & Products.
Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable time.

Membership Eligibility
The Hi Life Club Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Hi Life Products Private Limited (“Hi Life,” “we,” “our” or “us”). The Program is limited to one account per individual and is available to individuals for their personal use only. Individuals who are legal residents of the territories we serve and who provide and maintain a valid email address are eligible to become members. We may refuse to create an account for any reason. No purchase is necessary to join the Program. Corporations, associations, or other groups may not participate in the Program. The Program may not be used for any business or commercial purpose. Employees of our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership for personal use only but may be excluded from certain benefits of the Program.
By joining the Program and becoming a Hi Life Club member, you (individually and collectively, “you,” “your,” or “Member”), agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Participation (“Program Terms”) and by any changes or modifications that we may make. You should review these Program Terms and the related policies and Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) frequently as they may change from time to time. These Program Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement(s) for products or services. Program Enrollment
Eligible individuals may only enroll in the Program by visiting www.hilifewomen.com (the “Site”) and following the prompts to register. You are required to provide your email address and create a password to enroll. You may also provide us with your name, mailing address, birth date and mobile phone number, but this information is optional. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the account information and updating it as and when required. You may update your personal information on the Site. Only one account can be associated with a single member and a single email address. In the event of a dispute over ownership of the membership account, the member will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrollment. For purposes of the Program, the “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization say business, educational institution, etc. responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Program Overview
The Program is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products and/or taking other Program related actions. You are able to earn points (reflected as cheers) and reach Program loyalty tiers by making eligible purchases or taking certain other Program actions at the Site or Hi Life App (the “App”). Once you reach a certain loyalty tier and/or earn a certain number of points (cheers), you may be eligible for certain benefits and rewards applicable to that tier and/or number of points (cheers). The benefits may change from time to time and may be offered on a limited basis. Eligible purchases and other opportunities to reach Program loyalty tiers or earn points (cheers) will be posted on the Site and/or published through other media, marketing communications, social media. Browse Hi Life Club on the Site to learn more about earning points and reaching the Program loyalty tiers.
The Program is a tier-based program determined by the number of points a member has earned on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enroll. There are 3 tiers with associated benefits:
- Tier 1, Mimosa Up to 299 cheers
- Tier 2, Margarita 300 – 599 cheers
- Tier 3, Martini 600+ cheers
When you join, you will automatically be placed in Tier 1 Mimosa and be eligible for all the benefits Tier 1, Mimosa members receive. Once you earn at least 300 points (cheers), you will be automatically moved up to Tier 2 Margarita. If you earn 600 points or more, you will qualify for Tier 3 Martini.
Members receive 1 point (cheer) against every Rs. 10 spent on eligible purchases at the Site or Hi Life App. Eligible purchases include regular priced merchandise and exclude taxes, discounts, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time to time. For your purchase to qualify for the Program, you must be enrolled in the Program and be signed into your online account at the time of purchase on the Site or Hi Life App. 1 point (cheer) is worth Re. 1 in value at the time of offset.
In addition to these purchases, you may also earn points (cheers) for taking certain Program actions at the Site. Please browse Hi Life Club on our Site for a list of the ways to earn points (cheers) at the Site. To earn points (cheers), you must be a Program member and be logged into your Program account before completing the actions. The number of points, if any, awarded for each action is determined by us in sole discretion and in all cases subject to a maximum number of points earned for each action. Points (cheers) are valid for six months from their point of accrual. Post which, your available points (cheers) dissipate and reset to 0. Then, you start accumulating anew.
Neither accounts nor Program rewards, benefits and/or points (cheers) may be shared or combined. Only the authorised account holder may accumulate rewards, benefits and/or points (cheers). We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and refuse, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time. Your account information (including security details) are confidential and should not be shared by you with any other person.
Rewards, benefits and/or points (cheers) earned through the Program are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Program benefits. Points (cheers) credited to your Program account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of the purchase is returned as per the return policy or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates the Program Terms & Conditions. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards, benefits or points (cheers) offered through the Program, other than by us, is expressly prohibited. Any samples that we may provide to you are for personal use only. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of the Program Terms. We are not responsible for rewards, benefits and/or points (cheers) lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party.
We reserve the right to change Program benefits, how you reach each Program tier, how you earn points (cheers) and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Program activity. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Program and/or for any given tier or point level, the number or types of rewards or benefits that you may receive or earn in any given tier or at any given point level, in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof.
If you have concerns that a purchase or other activity was not properly applied to your account, you should contact Hi Life Customer Support Executive at _______or write to us at ________. Your email must specify your name and email address associated with the Program, the date of the Program activity, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent no more than seven days after the date of purchase or other Program activity which took place. We are not responsible for late notifications about purchases or other Program activities not being credited to an account.
Emails and Communications
By enrolling in the Program, you will be automatically subscribed and you consent to receive Hi Life marketing emails and Program-related emails, including Program marketing emails. You may opt-out of receiving the emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email but operational emails like those concerning redemption confirmation, profile updates, and other communications that relate to your account, will still be sent to you as they relate to your membership in the Program. If you, however, terminate your Program membership, you will no longer receive any Program-related communications.
Termination and Modification
The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the Program Terms, Aspects, Benefits & Rewards, FAQs, and/or Feature(s) of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits. We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your membership account at any time, in our sole discretion. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Program Terms, membership inactivity (i.e. no points earned or redeemed) for more than 24 months, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with the Program Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation. If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Program and its features will terminate automatically. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of the Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion.
If you decide that you no longer want to be a part of the Program, you may cancel your membership at any time by opting-out in your account on the Site or App or by contacting our Customer Service. Upon cancellation of your membership, you will lose all accumulated points and benefits, and your tier status will expire.
Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liabilities
The site and its Content and Services are presented “As Is”. Neither we nor our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors make any representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with the site terms and conditions or the site or its contents or services.
